Bird Watching in Kathmandu

Overview:

Kathmandu valley is surrounded by magically beautiful hills from all the sides. These densely forested hills provide the ideal habitat for the diverse species of birds. The focal-point of all the bird lovers in Kathmandu valley are Shivapuri, Pulchowki and Bagmati River. In Pulchowki we can see birds like Crimson breasted woodpecker and Rusty cheeked Scimitar.
